Duty activities shall be:
- Technical consultancy , operational and pre-consult support
- Meeting the customer to present the products and the services
- Set up the products, the equipment, the complex solutions
- The software configuration of equipments (voice/data networks, contact center)
- Tracks and does technical interventions from the distance or at the customer’s center
- Tracks the configuration modification, abidance by configuration rules, traffic level, disturbance of the equipment
- Co-operation with the client contact persons in order to assure the necessary support
- Training and technical support for partners and clients
- Makes out and manages services reports
- Goes to the client, in Bucharest or in the country, with the company’s car
