At 2007 Expo Call Center event Net-Com and Gecad Net companies launched for the first time in Romania the integrated system Relationship Management and Customer Comunication.
The launched solution it’s composed from a integrated contact center platform with Live Communication Server and Customer Relationship Management.
Both companies announced with this ocassion the agreement of a partnership that has as a purpose promovation and implementation of communications integrated solutions dedicated to small and mediums companies.
In this partnership Net–Com comes with the technological competence in the communications hardware solutions area-like Nortel 1000 Server Communication platform – and Gecad Net will dispose the technological competencies in CRM and software area.

The partnership between Net-Com and Gecad Net was inspired by the reunion of Microsoft and Nortel efforts for launching on the market a solution „unified communication”, solution that integrates in only one platform e-mail, mobile and fixed communications and instant messaging. First solution of this type it was launched a year ago and it’s based on the communications server Nortel 1000 Server Communication and applications ensemble Live Communication Server from Microsoft.
