The three versions available offers options for each type of application from the smaller companies with a few extensions, to larger companies with activity in many locations with hundred of voices and date ports.
Nortel Business Communications Manager 50 – is the ideal platform for the companies that uses around 20 ports, with the possibility to extension to over 70 ports, advanced facilities, classic telephony functions, voice and unified messaging, interconnectivity IP, Internet/Intranet access, contact centre with the possibility intelligent routing (skill-based), IP telephony to the users desktop and an option for an integrated router to access the wide band Ethernet and ADSL.
Nortel Business Communications Manager 200 – is useful for the small and medium sites with 20-30 users, IP telephony up to 90 users. BCM 200 is already configured with 4 lines and 16 extension expandable up to 8 lines and 32 extensions, including 16 licenses of voicemail, fax massaging, call centre basic, IP routing and also data services as firewall and wireless.
Nortel Business Communications Manager 400 - is the IP Nortel solutions - all in one - addressed to the clients with 200 users disposing of: call centre, IP routing, unified messaging.
